Sorry for the lapse in time since the last post, but things have been getting busy around here and I don't always have the time to keep this blog updated. But I'm here now, so I guess that makes things sorta alright! So let's talk about some of the benefits of using chocolate models in the general plan of things in the kitchen when making great novelty candies for the kids or some naughty treats for the adults (who are pretty much just big kids anyway) and let's go for it!
